REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days from your enrollment in the Program to change your mind, for whatever reason or no reason at all.This Policy ensures you are 100% thrilled with your enrollment. We want what's BEST for you!
USE OF CONTENT
Our content is protected under US copywrite laws and is available only to registered users. You may only download PDFs that say they can be downloaded.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We believe in treating others the way you wish to be treated and we hope our clients do too. If there ever is an issue, please handle it directly with management and we will do our very best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
FINAL CERTIFICATION EXAM
Each of our 5 different CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS requires that you PASS the final exam before you are issued your CERTIFICATION CERTIFICATE.
LENGTH OF PROGRAM
You have as much or little time as you need to complete the program. Our materials do not have due dates or deadlines. As long as you have access to the Internet, you will have access to the programs.
TUITION CHANGES
Our tuition is Subject to Change. Once you are enrolled, you will always keep your price if you want more Certifications. We may not always be able to give notice when tuition changes.
