What is Your Tribe as a Grief Coach?

TRIBE - What is it?

Who you will be coaching? What coaching specialty attracts you?

WHAT do you want to concentrate your coaching on?

Successful coaching requires a thorough understanding of your target audience. But much more crucial is getting to know your TRIBE. The more you are able to identify with them and their position, the better position you are to help them.

Niche

Your niche reveals WHAT subject is your area of expertise and, hence, the distinctive attractiveness you have to your target market.

Market Segmenting

Who is interested in your specialty, such as the demographics, is your target market.

Tribe

Your tribe goes one step further and pinpoints your CONNECTION with them—the bigger reason for working together to satisfy their wants.

You build your coaching business and brand for your tribe.

Ideal Customers

The individuals who belong to your tribe and who would be the finest customers for you are your ideal clients.

Because it reflects the manner in which we interact with our "clients" or "customers," the term "tribe" is often used in marketing today. What works in marketing and the whole process for relating to individuals in the business world has changed. Before, it was possible to get away with playing the game of selling your goods and services by just putting them out there, keeping yourself out of the picture, and not displaying your personality. The game has changed now.

Putting yourself in your business is just as vital as understanding that YOU are not your company.

People want to connect with people, not structures or enterprises, and they desire that these individuals and the organizations they represent share their values. People seek for individuality and desire to associate with those that think similarly to them.

Your tribe is made up of people who are more than simply clients or people who need your services; they help build and develop your brand. That's not to say that all of your.

Your tribe is your consumers. Your core clientele make up your tribe; they are the people who actually "get" you and connect with you.

For instance, Starbucks tribe is made up of hip, coffee loving rebels. Even if it is not the finest product available, members of that tribe will purchase anything produced by Starbucks since it is a symbol of their identity.

Another example is Lowes and its clan of DIY enthusiasts with a can-do attitude. It takes a tribe to start a movement. Whether you have 5 members of your tribe or millions, like Apple, a tribe is ultimately about forging deeper bonds with others who are traveling down the same path as you.

The advantages of having a tribe include: Members of the tribe take the initiative to spread the word about you to their social network, which really aids in your marketing efforts.

Members of the tribe aid you in focusing on their wants (and better comprehending your market) so you can address those demands and provide them with more services in the future.

What happens afterwards when you identify and prioritize your tribe?

You enjoy swift growth and quick results.

You get to work with the kind of individuals you truly love being with.

With half the marketing effort, less money, and less time, your Grief Coaching schedule is filled.

You start to hear statements like "I've been waiting for someone like you for a very long time.

The secret to your success as a purpose-driven Grief coach is to identify your tribe, communicate to them personally, and establish yourself as a Grief Coaching leader.
